A charming blend of historic charm and modern amenities, Arvada is known for its picturesque Olde Town, family-friendly vibe, and easy access to Denver and the foothills.

Arvada Colorado Water Tower

My favorite part in Arvada is Olde Town and if you’re hungry then School House Kitchen & Libations is a must. They have a very extensive menu featuring a variety of appetizers, salads, sandwiches, flatbreads, and entrées that draw inspiration from regional styles across the country. Whether you're in the mood for something comforting and familiar or adventurous and unique, you'll find something that excites your taste buds. Their commitment to fresh, homemade meals shines through in every dish, reflecting the diverse flavors of America in every bite.

My go to for pastries is Rheinlander which has been serving delicious baked goods since 1963. Voted Denver’s #1 Bakery by Denver's A-List since 1992, Rheinlander is known for its wide variety of authentic German pastries, as well as gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free, and vegan options. They also have traditional treats such as Strudels and Kuchens, along with unique German foods like Spaetzli and Sauerkraut. Don’t skip taking a peek inside when you’re in this neck of the woods.
